Excellence in research culture and how patients benefit

The research culture working group is exploring the factors that signal an excellent research culture and posing questions about why a good research culture matters to patients. Although in its early stages, the group has hosted an initial exploratory phase that has involved appreciative conversations with patients and amongst R&D leaders.
