Promoting collaborative excellence in research and development
UKRD is a representative body for senior leaders driving health and care research across the UK. Working together to share our experiences and expertise, we promote excellence, discipline and professional development within research leadership, through events, working groups, industry meetings and projects.
In consultation with our members, we enable high-quality research, we inform, develop and share best practice and clear standards of working, striving for improvements in the way we all work for the benefit of patients and our communities. We also strengthen the financial stability of health and care research through collaboration with organisations and commercial partners.
